EssayBrite Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the EssayBrite website and services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
- “Customer” means any person or entity that uses the Services.
- “EssayBrite” means EssayBrite.
- “Order” means a request for an essay or other writing service placed by a Customer.
- “Paper” means an essay or other writing product produced by EssayBrite in response to an Order.
- “Writer” means a freelancer who provides writing services to EssayBrite.
3. Services
EssayBrite provides a variety of writing services, including essays, research papers, dissertations, and other academic assignments. EssayBrite also provides writing services for businesses and individuals, such as blog posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
4. Ordering Process
To place an Order, Customers must create an account on the EssayBrite website and provide their contact information and the details of their Order. Once an Order is placed, EssayBrite will assign it to a Writer. The Writer will then complete the Order and submit it to the Customer for review.
5. Revisions
Customers have the right to request revisions to their Papers. Revisions must be requested within 10 days of the Customer receiving the Paper. EssayBrite will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all revision requests.
6. Delivery
EssayBrite will deliver Papers to Customers by the deadline specified in the Order. If EssayBrite is unable to deliver a Paper by the deadline, EssayBrite will provide the Customer with a full refund.
7. Payment
Customers must pay for their Orders in advance. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
8. Refunds
EssayBrite will provide a full refund to Customers if they are not satisfied with their Papers. Refunds must be requested within 10 days of the Customer receiving the Paper.
9. Copyright
All Papers delivered to Customers are the original work of the Writer. Customers own the copyright to their Papers, but EssayBrite retains a non-exclusive license to use the Papers for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. Confidentiality
EssayBrite will keep all Customer information confidential. EssayBrite will not share Customer information with any third parties without the Customer’s consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
ESSAYBRITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ESSAYBRITE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESSAYBRITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ESSAYBRITE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
16. Changes to the Terms
EssayBrite reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the EssayBrite website.
